Welcome to Buda Thai Massage!
The following etiquette guidelines will help ensure a pleasant and harmonious experience for both our guests and staff.
Please read and adhere to the rules below

Booking and Arrival

Appointment Booking: Please schedule your appointment in advance, either by phone or through our online system. This ensures that our therapist will be available at your desired time.
On time arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to allow for administration and preparation.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, please inform us. For delays exceeding 15 minutes, the treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Hygiene and Clothing

Hygiene: Before the massage begins, please take a shower either at home or in the salon's bathroom. This ensures freshness and hygiene for both the guest and the therapist.
Clothing: During the massage, we provide comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for our guests. Please wear easily removable clothing when you arrive.

Behaviour in the Salon

Mobile phones: Please mute or turn off your mobile phone during the massage to avoid disturbing your relaxation and the tranquility of other guests.
Peace and quiet: Please respect other guests' rest and tranquility. If you need to converse, use a soft voice.
Communication: Please inform your therapist if you feel any discomfort or if you'd like specific areas to receive extra attention. Open communication helps create a personalized experience.

Health Status

Health information: Please inform your therapist about your health condition, including any allergies, injuries, or other medical issues that could affect the treatment.
In case of illness: If you notice any symptoms of illness, please postpone your appointment to prevent the spread of infection. In such cases, we offer the option to reschedule your appointment.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment: Payment can be made in cash or by credit card and OTP Szép Kártya. Please settle your bill either before or after the treatment.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the treatment to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow other guests the opportunity to book the available time slots.

Gift Cards and Discounts

Gift cards: Our gift cards offer a great opportunity to treat your loved ones. They can be purchased at the reception or in our webshop.
Offers: We offer discounts on special occasions and for our regular guests. For more details, please inquire at the reception or check our online platforms.
