All massage packages are valid for 6 months. After the expiration date they cannot be redeemed, and extensions are not possible, so we recommend planning your sessions in advance.

Can someone else use my massage pass instead of me?
Yes. The packages are not tied to a specific name, so multiple people may use the remaining sessions. Family members and friends are welcome to use the pass as long as there are sessions left.
Can I change the type of massage when using the package?
Yes. As long as the duration matches, you may switch to a different treatment at any time — for example, you can exchange a Thai oil massage for a traditional Thai massage or a Thai back massage. If the prices of the treatments differ, the price difference must be paid on site.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, advance booking is required to ensure we can welcome you at your preferred time. Appointments can be made by phone or through our online booking system.
What happens if I can’t make it to my appointment?
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. For cancellations within 24 hours, the full price of the treatment may be charged.

What should I bring to the massage?
Nothing — we provide all necessary equipment, towels, and hygiene items.
How should I prepare for the massage?
We recommend eating something light 1–2 hours before your session and drinking enough water. Staying hydrated after the massage is also beneficial.
Is there a shower available?
There is no shower at the salon, so we kindly ask guests to arrive as fresh as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank cards, and OTP SZÉP card.
Is Thai massage painful?
Traditional Thai massage can be more intense than Western-style treatments, but your comfort is always our priority. Our therapists adjust the pressure according to your feedback.
How qualified are the therapists?
All our therapists — Thai and Hungarian — are professionally trained, experienced, and receive ongoing education.
Can I bring a pet with me?
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted. The only exception is an authorized service dog.
Can I receive the massage naked?
Massages are generally recommended to be received in underwear, but in certain cases, nude massage is possible. This requires prior agreement to confirm whether the therapist can provide the treatment this way. The salon offers disposable underwear for guests who prefer to use it.
What type of oil do you use?
By default, we use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic Johnson’s baby oil, suitable even for sensitive skin. Upon request, doTERRA essential oil massage is also available for an additional fee.
